All of the Integration Healing practitioners listed below have completed both our Level One and Level Two Integration Healing courses, and are active members of our Imago Dei Healing Community.
Dawn Muench
Dawn experiences Spiritual Companioning as being a co-traveler on the pilgrimage of life, sitting around the campfire at night, hearing others share their experience of Spirit/Creator on the journey. She considers it a sacred gift to be invited to walk with another in this way.
Her background in medicine, understanding of the importance of childhood experiences, training as a Spiritual Director and Eco-Spiritual director, commitment to experiencing Spirit in the wild world around us and connection to contemplative spirituality inform her own spirituality and presence as a Spiritual Companion.
She welcomes all, but feels especially called to presence with those who have struggled with questions of faith, those with military or medical life experiences and those who have struggled with grief, depression and loss. She also enjoys helping guide others on pilgrimage experiences.
Dawn volunteers in her community and overseas, and lives with her dog Ira in Mississippi. She loves traveling, candles, reading and adventures.
Gina Sorenson
I have been a Certified Life Coach since 2010 with an emphasis on Spiritual Coaching. Long before that, my husband and I attended counseling sessions after experiencing severe burnout in ministry. Though I had never the word, this was the beginning of the Deconstruction of my faith. For decades every facet of my life had been shaped through the lens of my religion. Recognizing false beliefs, spiritual abuse and spiritual trauma as well as unlearning the teachings of a lifetime has not been easy. Reconstructing a faith that is consistent with unconditional love has taken many years but it has been a journey worth taking.
In 2020, after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling, I discovered Katie Skurja and Imago Dei Ministries. I began training in Inner Healing Integration, and implementing the use of Imagery and the Enneagram. Since introducing this model into my practice, it has proven itself time and again.
Wherever you are on your journey, it is my joy to walk with you through healing, transformation, and integration.

Christy Fickenscher
Christy Shirley Fickenscher treasures the gift of accompanying others in compassionate listening and attending to the ways in which the Spirit is present in their lives. Her passion is in holding a welcoming space for hearts to open and awaken to a deeper sense of being made in the image of God and thus grow in a deeper relationship with God.
Christy currently runs Life and Wholeness, Soul Care Ministries, in Sacramento, California. She has received training in Integrative Healing Prayer through Imago Dei Ministries in 2022 and is currently in a certification program for spiritual direction. Her background includes an MA in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College in 2000 and work as a Marriage and Family Therapist in church counseling centers, non-profit counseling centers, and private practice. She retired her license in 2022 in order to more fully focus on the ministry of soul care.

Ellyn Scanson
Hi, I’m Ellyn Scansen from Billings, Montana. It is my privilege to create a safe, nurturing space for people to tell their stories and discover their true identity as expressed by their Creator.
Having gone through the painful deconstruction of my evangelical worldview, I experienced deep healing through Imago Dei Ministries. As I worked through my own anger, depression, bitterness, and disillusionment, I developed a strong sense of compassion for those who feel stuck in similar struggles.
I’ve been trained by Imago Dei to help others bring their darkness into the Light for healing and integration. With a BA in Human Services and over 20 years of experience in Women’s Ministry, I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals as they heal and grow. I’m also part of the pastoral team at Perichoresis Ministries, where I host monthly online cafés and support the ministry through classes with Dr. Baxter Kruger.
